Recently awarded the HVAC contract by DCAMM for Roxbury Community College’s major campus renovation.

Trusted decentralized the Boston Housing Authority’s South Street Development to include the installation of 9 independent heating plants comprised of heating, plumbing and brand new DDC controls.

Served as the General Contractor for the City of Boston Finland and Woods-Mullen Buildings, removing the buildings from the Boston Medical Center’s central power plant and installing an independent heating/cooling plant for the buildings.
